Florian Stahl was admitted to the bar in 2009. Due to his six years as corporate counsel for Altira AG (now FinLab AG), he is also familiar with the other side of the desk as in-house counsel. After switching to the lawyer side, Stahl became a partner at the Frankfurt boutique Bouchon & Partner and provided consulting services mainly to small and mid-sized companies in private ownership with regard to the capital markets. As a partner at Buse, he then focused on expanding his consulting practice to stock corporation law and capital markets. Prior to joining Barckhaus Rechtsanwälte, Stahl was a Managing Director at btu beraterpartner Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. He regularly provides consulting services with regard to the general meetings of stock corporations.
